Chrisgate . I too had robotic surgery for throat cancer 3 weeks ago. I still struggle to eat and drink and need lots of water with my food to swallow. I also cough and bring up lots of mucus. However these symptoms are improving daily.

Julie I had robotic surgery for tongue and throat cancer 51/2 years ago. What worked for me was milkshakes made with liquid muscle milk, cup of milk and a scoop of frozen vanila yogurt. I also liked regular greek yogurt. The combo gave me about 30 grams of protein. Mucinex will help the mucus problem. Good luck
