Follow up radical neck dissection

Sorry for the delay it's been a whirlwind, I saw the surgeon on Monday March 3, it was a 3 hour wait full of emotional anxiety. I had 34 lymph noids removed my tumour was very aggressive and advanced stage 4. They removed a lot of shoulder muscle tissue as it was moving rapidly beyond the neck.

I developed a nasty infection and was hospitalized for the past 8 days they found I had a blod clot where they reattached the jugular vein as well as in my lungs.

To be honest it was a shit show but my hsp care was pretty awesome. I had amazing nursing care.

Home now and thrilled to be in my own bed with my family and furbabies. I dropped far too much weight haven't been able to eat solids since my operation a month ago. Since I'm on heparin for the next 3 months. As such I can no longer have vit k foods. I'm trying to navigate what I can and can't eat.
